We apply lean manufacturing principles to identify and address areas of overproduction, overprocessing, and defective products.

Maximizing Yield

Combined with our old pallets, our scrap plywood is sold to vendors who recycle the material into new products and mulch.

Nearly all scrap poly material gets utilized, either by being glued and recut for use in our products or sent back to the manufacturer to be recycled into theirs.

Nearly all the remaining wood gets repurposed. Scrap material gets glued and recut for a second pass on our manufacturing line, donated to organizations that transform it into new products, or used as an onsite fuel source.
